Structure  RCC Frame Structure Masonry Internal and External walls are of 6" bricks Plastering Sand finished plaster will be used on external walls and Neeru finished plaster  on internal walls. Doors Main entrance door will be teakwood veneered having single side polish with brass AL drop, eye hole and safety chain. Internal doors will be flush type.  Flooring  Living, Dining & Kitchen will have granite flooring & Bedroom will have ceramic  tiling. Staircase will have kota steps. Glazed Tiles Glazed dado tiles will be used upto full height in the bathroom, 4' feet high in the WC. 4' ht above kitchen platform. Glazed tile will be provided above wash basin. Painting  All inside walls will be painted in a pleasant colored distemper.  Oil paint will be used for doors, frames and windows/grills.  Outside walls will be painted with cement paint.  Windows Aluminum sliding windows with powder coating will be provided with safety grills.  Electrification Each room will have 2 1/2 electric points.
