Structure RCC Frame Structure Masonry Internal and External walls are of 6" bricks Plastering Sand finished plaster will be used on external walls and Neeru finished plaster on internal walls. Doors Main entrance door will be teakwood veneered having single side polish with brass AL drop, eye hole and safety chain. Balconies (if provided) will also have electric points.  All necessary points for fridge, T.V. and geyser will also be provided.  Kitchen Platform Glazed tiles dado will be used till 4' height from platform of 6'x2' Marble with stainless steel sink and also wash hand basin.
