Structure RCC Frame Structure Masonry Internal and External walls are of 6" bricks Plastering Sand finished plaster will be used on external walls and Neeru finished plaster on internal walls. Doors Main entrance door will be teakwood veneered having single side polish with brass AL drop, eye hole and safety chain. Internal doors will be flush type.  Flooring  Living, Dining & Kitchen will have granite flooring and rest of the rooms will have  ceramic tiling with skirting. Staircase will have kota steps. Bathroom & WC Glazed tile flooring will be provided.  Painting  All inside walls will be painted in a pleasant colored distemper. Oil paint will be used for doors, frames and windows/grills. Outside walls will be painted with cement paint.  Windows Aluminum sliding windows with powder coating will be provided with safety grills.  Electrification Each room will have 2 1/2 electric points. Balconies (if provided) will also have electric points.  All necessary points for fridge, T.V. and geyser will also be provided.  Kitchen Platform Glazed tiles dado will be used till 4' height from platform of 6'x2' jet black granite with stainless steel sink.
